Ann H. Anderson

Ann Helen Anderson, 86 of Rochester, Minnesota passed away peacefully at the Cannon Rivers Memory Care in Cannon Falls, Minnesota on January 31, 2026, following a long battle with dementia.

Ann Helen Maslowski was born on April 28, 1939, in Holdingford Minnesota to Joseph and Elizabeth (Bobick) Maslowski. She grew up on the family farm in rural Holdingford and graduated from Holdingford High School in 1957. After high school, Ann attended and graduated from St. Marys School of Nursing in Rochester, Minnesota in 1959. She loved being a nurse and her career lasted for 52 wonderful years. On Ann's day off from nursing she enjoyed quilting, being involved in the family's hobby farm, gardening, singing, dancing, painting, being an active 4-H mother and being around her grandchildren.

On October 28, 1961, Ann was united in marriage to Leslie Robert Anderson in Holdingford, Minnesota. Ann is survived by her five children: Roberta Sheldon of Eyota, MN, Charles (Eileen) Anderson of Young America, MN, Christine (Eric) Mawby of Northfield, MN, Patricia Anderson of Rochester, MN, Paul (Kelly) Anderson of Galesville, WI, and Carol Miller sister-in-law, Albert Lea, MN. Ann is also survived by her seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, husband (Leslie), infant daughter (Jeanne), her sisters, Leona, Alma, and Mary.

The burial date will be announced later. Ann's wishes are to be buried at St. Hedwig's Cemetery in Holdingford, MN alongside her parents.
