Annabelle J. Nelson (Russ) Age 86 Formerly of Cannon Falls Passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Park View Care Center in Buffalo. Annabelle was born in St. Paul, MN on August 18, 1929 to Henry and Hattie (Brandt) Russ. She was married to Byron "Pete" Nelson. She is preceded in death by her husband, Byron "Pete" Nelson, and granddaughter, Denise Vikingson. She is survived by her daughters, Pamela (Douglas) Vikingson, Deborah "Deb" Murashie; sister, Jean Snell; four grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 26, 2016 at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery at 11:15 a.m. Those attending are asked to meet in assembly area #4 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
