Carl Cadle

Carl Leonard Cadle, age 49 of Cannon Falls, died peacefully on Saturday afternoon, December 13, 2008 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester.
Carl was born on December 5, 1959 in Boynton Beach, Florida, the son of James “Preston” and Camilla “Millie” (Cambron) Cadle. He attended Boca High in Boca Raton, FL, and went on to learn the electrical trade. He became a master electrician, and for a time owned Preston Electric. He was a member of the St. Paul I.B.E.W. Local #110.
He had a passion for bodybuilding, and enjoyed riding motorcycle, snowmobiling, the outdoors and fishing. His favorite joy in life was spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
He met his future wife, Mary E. Kilmer, in 1987 and they married on November 8, 2002 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Travis Cadle on November 26, 2000; and brothers-in-law, Les and LeRoy Kilmer.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Cadle of Cannon Falls; his five children, Carl Jr. and Jami, both of Boca Raton, FL, Carla of Northfield, Candis of Hampton, and Shane of Cannon Falls; five grandchildren, Travis, Timothy, Mason, Abigail and Preston; his brothers and sisters, Junior Cadle of Jupiter, FL, Bobby (Debbie) Cadle of Anniston, AL, Jane (Rickey) George of Ft. Payne, AL, Penny (Buddy) George of Decatur, TN, Lisa (Ernie) Craig of Cleveland, TN, Don (Angie) Cadle of Wellington, FL, and Katie (James) Shelton of Boynton Beach, FL; many nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Lois Kilmer; and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, January (Jerry) Berg, Judy (Glen) Seibert, Linda (Ron) Vivant, Cheryl (Rick) Peine, Bill Kilmer, Ken (Cathy) Kilmer, Karen (Todd) Satter, Becky (Kelly) Ruddle and Mary Lee-Kilmer.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19 at 11 a.m., with visitation from 10-11 a.m., at the First Baptist Church, 401 N. Bridge St., Cannon Falls, with Pastor Bradley Berglund officiating.
Interment will be held at the Birchwood Cemetery in Pine City, MN at 3:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
Active pallbearers will be Rick Dunagan, Carl Cadle Jr., Junior Cadle, Bobby Cadle, Don Cadle, Chris Bohannon and Ken Kilmer.
