Edward J. Miller

Edward John Miller passed away May 8, 2026. Edward was born April 21, 1939 to Albert and Ethel (Manska) Miller. Ed served in the US Navy from January 8, 1958 to January 7, 1961. He married Donna Fox on November 24, 1962.

Ed operated heavy equipment and worked for several local companies. He retired from the Cannon Falls Township road maintenance crew. He spent as much time as possible fishing and hunting.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Russell (Katie) Miller; brother-in-law, Jack Weber; nephews, Doug and David Weber; and other family.

Ed is survived by his wife, Donna; sister, Marlys Weber; nieces and nephews, Scott (Rosann) Weber, Gretchen (Steve) Rauchwarter, Tim (Rene) Weber, Tom Weber, Sandy Strandberg, Merrilee Weber, Randy Miller, and their families; in-laws, Deborah (Larry) Raabolle, Jason (Chandra) Raabolle, Nels (Shannon) Raabolle, Justin (Greta) Raabolle, Jamie (Keith) Mattson, Tom Petricka, and their families; along with other extended family.

A gathering will be held on Sunday, May 17 from 1pm - 3pm at Lundberg Funeral Home, Cannon Falls, with a time of sharing memories at 3 pm.

A private interment will take place later at St. Pius V Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in Ed's memory.
