JoAnn Marie Bodin

JoAnn Marie Bodin, known to many as Jo, age 74 of Cannon Falls, died on Sunday evening, June 28, 2026 at her son's home in Hastings, following a courageous battle with cancer.

JoAnn was born on September 20, 1951 in Rochester, MN, the daughter of Francis and Marie (Hanson) Greening. She graduated from Mayo High School in Rochester in 1970, and later attended VoTech in St. Paul.

JoAnn married Charles Bodin on December 12th, 1973 in Cannon Falls where they also raised their son.

She spent 20 years as a business owner running Tailor Made in Faribault and was later employed at BIC in Red Wing.

She had many interests and hobbies including country music, her grandkids, and tailoring.

She is survived by her husband, Charles "Chuck" Bodin; her son, Clayton (Chelsea) Bodin; her grandchildren, Dawson(14), Nora(7), and Bennett(5); siblings, Jim Greening, Dave Greening, Gary (Sue Dydell) Greening, Linda Wickert, Sharon Greening, and sister-in-law Mary Greening along with many nieces, nephews, and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings Bob Greening, Marilyn Greening, Judy Greening, sister-in-law Becky Greening, and brother-in-law Jerome Wickert.

Private family services will be held on Sunday, July 19th at 4908 40th Street SW, Rochester, MN 55901.
