JoAnn Martha Robinson, age 82 of Cannon Falls, died peacefully at home on Monday, June 26, 2023.
JoAnn was born on February 8, 1941, in Red Wing, the daughter of Martin and Martha (Lohmann) Hadler. She graduated from Zumbrota High School in 1959 and enjoyed playing fast pitch softball with the Rockne Rockets. She was an avid sports fan, especially the MN Twins and Vikings, and enjoyed bowling, watching golf, playing cards, and doing puzzles.
She is survived by her children, Patti (Fred) Klein, Sandi Robinson (Tim Hemmelman), and Kevin (Wendy) Robinson; grandchildren, Alana (Evan) Heather, Derek Robinson, and David Hemmelman; expecting her first great-grandson in October; siblings, Arnold (Dorothy) Hadler, Doris Helgren, and Judy (Donald) Kruse; sister-in-law, Lu Hadler; and many nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family, especially those at Park St. Apartments.
She was preceded in death by her parents; former husband, Irving Robinson, Jr.; siblings, Harlan Lohman, Alice Hadler, Betty Helgren, and Duane Hadler; and brothers-in-law, Ralph "Bud" and Eugene "Jess" Helgren.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 30 at 1:00 pm, with visitation from 12-1 pm, at Lundberg Funeral Home in Cannon Falls. This service will be live-streamed and available to watch below. Interment will follow at the Zumbrota Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to John Burch Park.
