Kathleen Hall

Kathleen Rose Hall, age 61 of Bellechester, died unexpectedly on Friday evening, February 3, 2012 at the Zumbrota Nursing Home. Kathy was born on April 12, 1950 in Red Wing, MN, the daughter of Ralph and Grace (Kragness) Babler. She graduated from Zumbrota High School in 1968 and later received her medical assistance degree. She married Robert J. Hall on May 10, 1969 in Red Wing. Kathy loved playing pool and was always in a league. She was a WWE fan, and loved her pets. Most of all, she loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Kathy and Bob had been married for 39 years when he died on June 10, 2008. She missed him greatly, and now is reunited with her love. Also preceding her in death were her parents, Ralph and Grace Babler; and two brothers, Gary and Paul Babler. She is survived by her children, Candis (Byron) Novek of Mazeppa, Terriesa (John) Crosby of Bellechester, and Robert Jr. "B.J." Hall of Zumbrota; 12 grandchildren, Alex, Abbi, Andres, Aryan, Eli, Xander, Zayne, Avery, Zoi, Xahkota, Aliviya and Kaidan; sister, Dorothy Jamison of Cannon Falls; and brother, Melvin "Uncle Bobby" Smith of Bellechester. She is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 8 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., at St. John's Lutheran Church in Mazeppa, with Pastor Alan Horn officiating. Memorials are preferred. Active pallbearers will be John Williams, Jesse Ross, Eric Stehr, Andres Paularena, Aryan McDeid and Dave Carpenter. Honorary pallbearer will be Melvin "Uncle Bobby" Smith.
