LaVelle Flowers

LaVelle Bernice Flowers, age 91 of Cannon Falls, died peacefully on Saturday morning, January 4, 2025 at her home at Cannon Rivers Senior Living, Cannon Falls, with family by her side.

LaVelle was born the youngest of five children on July 7, 1933 in Luverne, Minnesota, to Theodore and Laura (Arp) Oye.

She enjoyed traveling, horses, and providing home care for the elderly.

She is survived by children, Laural Malherek, Rick (Becky) Ruddy, and Curt Ruddy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sheryl Rathai; and son, Randy Ruddy.

The family will have a private service at a later date.
