Judith Ann Lundell, age 72 of South Minneapolis, MN, died on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at Fairview University of Minnesota Hospital, Minneapolis.

Judy was born on January 20, 1948 in Red Wing, MN, the daughter of Carl “Harvey” and Virginia J. (Schlick) Lundell. She graduated from Cannon Falls High School in 1966. She went on to Mankato State University and received her Bachelor of Science in elementary education in 1970.

She was employed at the University of Minnesota from 1970 until her retirement in 2001.

She loved having coffee with friends, and especially loved her neighborhood. She also loved her dogs, Sadie, Heidi, and JoJo.

She will be missed by her loving family… her sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce and Chuck Fox of Northfield and Barb and Marty Kehren of Lake City; nieces and nephews, Kevin and Ildiko Fox, Courtney and Randy Dickey, and Tanya and Jonathan Huneke; great nieces and nephews, Daniel Fox, Marti and Harvey Huneke; and step great nieces and nephews, Garrett and Amaya Huneke, Taylor and MaKenna Dickey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Virginia Lundell; brother, David Harvey Lundell; nephew, Lance David Kehren; and uncle, Gus Schlick.

A private family service will be held.
